My experience with this store is…
My experience with this store is terrible.
I bought a backpack on sale to 35 pounds.
5 days after they refund my money without notice.
I tried to speak with them and they told me that that price was their mistake and the cancelled my order and if i want i can re order for 85 pounds!!.
Not only they did not honour their won mistake,they were rude and they did not even offeer mi maybe some kind of discount for their own mistake.
Dont botter on buying in this place,try in in different ones like luggagesuperstore that they have the sames prices and better costumer care.

I was looking round for a Samsonite bag for my holiday. I read they were the best so searched round for the best deal. I happened upon bagsdirect and they had a sale on. So i took the plunge.
Saved £10 off the nearest price and came 2 days later. I was very happy with the whole process, so thankyou Bagsdirect!

Awful Customer Service
I purchased from here because they offered next day delivery. I phoned the company twice to check that the parcel would be delivered next day, and was assured it would be. I received an email to say it had been despatched and would by delivered next day. The next day comes and I get a message from dpd to say they've made a mistake and the parcel won't be delivered that day. This caused me considerable hassle as I was flying out the next day and needed the bag for that trip, so I had to do a 3 hour round trip to buy the bag from a highstreet store. I phoned Bagsdirect and they didn't give a damn. Not their problem apparently. Well I'm afraid it is your responsibility as the seller, not the delivery company. That's what the law says. Every other company who I've ordered from, and I shop online a lot, has always refunded next day delivery charges if the delivery does not arrive next day. But Bagsdirect won't. So I had to stump up £6 next day delivery charges and I'm having to pay to return the parcel. Well done Bagsdirect, awful customer service. I won't be shopping with them again.
