Please do not use this company,I had to cancel my holidays du to a member of the family who I was going away with died suddenly just before we were due to go.they were very rude on the phone no understanding what’s so ever ,I paid £1350 and all they would give me back was £100 refund been waitin a month and a half and still no refund .so please don’t book with them you have been warned.

Found this company online by chance and gave them a call. We're just back from the above hotel. Flights , transfers and hotel were exactly as explained and pleasing. We did ask for a better room which we were granted for night 2 on. Hotel right on the beach and pretty central in the resort. Pool surroundings were satisfactory. Paid to upgrade at reception to all inclusive from b+ b due to positive reviews and it was a bargain due to the high standard of food. Drinks were genuine branded spirits. Evening entertainment was boring except for one night but other hotels welcome your business and you can enjoy their presentations. Some complained about local night club noise but we honestly where not disturbed by it. Local beaches are top notch and easy walking . Shops in the facinity have a good mix of high and bottom end stores. Cigs £3.00 for 20.00 and spirits £10.00 per litre .

All in all we got what we paid for.

I spoke to a lady name Sia and she was so unprofessional and blunt that despite increasing the cost of holiday to double, she was misbehaving and sounded careless in her approach. Worst service. Will never approach them again.

I spoke to agent called shawn roberts he was very polite and helpful searched a good holiday for me going to tenerife it was wonderful holiday and i have already recommend to my friends.

All I can say is RUDE. After a rather unfriendly conversation where the price had atlas doubled from the online quote I told the operator I had other quotes elsewhere which was entirely truthful. He then went on to speak rudely and hang up on me when I told him the deposit I was asked to pay on the other site. Fuming.

Hidden charges. Lame excuses. Blaming other unheard people. Poor customer service. Argue with customers. No support. They talk to you and stalk you until you book and give advance. After that ignore you completely. Never again with these people. But beware they change there agency name every now and then.

The cost of the holiday was £227pp. When i rang them, i was given a different higher price. When i asked how come the price has gone up i was told that this price was for a upgrade to a room with a double bed a mini bar a tv and a balcony with a garden view and if i paid for the £227 that was advertised on icelolly.that i would be put in the corner of the hotel/apartments with no view and no balcony single beds no tv and mini bar. I never got the upgrade he promised and there was no rooms without a balcony and no rooms had tv's or mini bars as i asked the hotel manager.

I then got extra hidden charges for luggage and transfers.

I got charged £48pp extra for luggage (15kg)

I got charged £18pp extra for transfers.

£272.50 pp for the room

£48 pp for luggage

Do NOT use this company!! Called up and thought I was calling the UK, you end up ringing India and speak to operators with English names! The incompetent fool I spoke to is called Dennis Turner with an Indian accent!!!! Already they are lying to their customers if they do not gove their proper names!!!

Went to Mallorca in May 2015. Romantic getaway with my boyfriend. He tried to sell me a twin (two singles) room for a lesser price. I explained to him that I did not want a twin room as going away with my boyfriend and wanted a double bed. He said if I paid extra then he could GUARANTEE a 'double superior room'. Would have meant paying extra so I agreed. When i got to Mallorca I guess what?! Paid extra for no damn reason as still got a twin room. They explained no such thing as a double superior room. Double or twin to them means two people in a room.

These people want your money! 

Ehen you complain only by email and the idiots do not respond and you cant call them!

Stay away from these fools!!!!

Terrible holiday from start to finish, booked with holidaydeals2go, as an all inclusive package, now their saying we didnt book a package amd basically not covered under travel package regs, im waiting for recording now, cant wait to see what rubbish they come up with.
