I made a booking with this company and I was called numerous times to obtain payment. They took my card information and never came through with my ticket booking. They do not use their authentic names but instead use fake names to take your information. They are extremely rude and shout and swear at you over the phone. I would not recommend this agency I don't even believe they are a real business. Be careful please don't use them

Don't be fooled by their cheap deals, the only reason why it's cheap it's coz it's fake!

They also use fake names.

I am very happy with the lever of service that I receive from World Start.

The information was properly given and was clear to understand.

I was able to make a inform choice base on the information that was given.

the only suggestion that I would is that you give your customers more time to pay for the flight once they have pay the deposit and make the commitment to book with you.

I have booked many times through Worldstar travels. They are reliable and offer good price. They always seem able to come up with the flight I need when other companies cannot.

It was not in the best of circumstances when we had to book an international flight for my wife. I got a good deal to start with (cheaper than the other providers). But when I called to prepone the flight as things turned for worst, the agent casually asked me the reason why I wanted to prepone this flight. When I explained my situation to the booking agent he took extra effort to get me a concessionary fair (by getting an approval from his managers). There is a humane face to the company this is what I feel when I think about them. I was surprised to see how much effort these employees take to help out a customer especially in their time of need. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team.

I recently booked a holiday to Africa through this travel agent and could not believe the excellent service I received from the very 1st phone call to the completion of my booking.

The agent dealing with my holiday planning, helped and guided me every step of the way without making me feel pressured in any way.

she did all the hard work, finding me the best deal.

At no point did I have to chase her on any of my queries, she simply went away got my answers and called me back followed by email confirmations.

I would definitely go with the agent every time.

The first time I made a booking with these guys, I was surprised at how cheap they came up against competitors which left me feeling a bit doubtful. However, from the booking to receiving the of the ticket by post or email, the agents were very professional and helpful.

I've not been able to find cheaper prices elsewhere and they have now become my number one agency on the call list before window shopping.
