i lost 40 thousand rupees from this vdesh holiday's

We had planned for singapore, malaysia package from vdesh travels as a 60th bday gift for my parents. The officials were very corporative in getting all the document, tickets and settling the amount. This was the first out of india travel for my parents. We tried our best to provide them everything so that they have no trouble there.. and they clearly said it is a group package On the day we collected to ticket, they told us it is a not a group package. The trouble started when my parents landed in Malaysia. No one came to pick them. So my father took a local sim there and tried calling the travel agent. They finally came to pick them up after 3hrs of waiting in the airport. When they reached the hotel, they were told that the checkin is only at 3pm and so have to wait for another 5hrs. How do they expect people to wait for so long after coming from such a long travel. After calls and arguments with the vdesh india office, they got the room. Thats not all. That evening the cab driver told my father that they will not be given any service from tomorrow and have to vacate the hotel by 12noon. When asked why.. they said vdesh did not do the full payment for them. My parents got totally panicked. What would they do for the next 5days in an unknown country. where will they go? We then had to call vdesh india and blast at them for being so careless. They actually had some pending payments with the previous customers so all this problem. Thats not our problem rite, my poor parents were so very worried. They finally arranged for a different travel agent there and the 2nd day went fine. Thats not it.. when they landed in Singapore again there was no one to pick them. Again we had to call the agents to get it fixed. Instead of enjoying the trip my parents were busy in cordinating tings. Regarding the hotel, in malaysia they got the hotel that was as per itinery. In Singapore they were given a pathetic hotel and in fact it was a different hotel than what they committed, very bad breakfast. When asked to change the hotel, they said there are no other hotels/rooms available.. big liers.. I do not recommend anyone to go via vdesh travels. If your prepared to take the trouble of fighting with people instead of enjoying your trip, then take the risk..
