This agency organize group tours as well as other services. Our tour was badly organized, with rude and not organized tour guide, who has soldiers kind of humor and expressions.Also agency takes extra pay for single occupation in hotels, but provide tourists with single chip rooms existing in some hotels which are exactly for 1 person - with 1 small bed for 1 person only possible occupation (because it is impossible put there 2 people). Such rooms do not have to be paid extra price for single occupation. The agency do not respond for refund request and any other requests after you pay for the tour. I am very regret that my trip was so unlucky in many matters.

Rude customer service, cancellation fees very high and not stated clearly at the time of booking. You cannot get the confirmation right away. Then you get some kind of intermediate confirmation and think everyhing is ok, but then in final confirmation it is not - and then you have already paid- if you want to change or cancel then, there are amazingly high fees, and the language in their responses is very far from customer service. I work myself for sales and could not ever even think about our Company would be answering similarly to our clients. I have used booking.com, hotels.com, expedia, lowcostholidays.com but uniline.hr is the only one I have had problems with. I really would advice to book somewhere else than uniline.hr.

Once you pay deposit for your holiday you will be offered something else,apparently exactly the same but not what you wanted in the first place. If you refuse, they will not refund your deposit back.

Very user friendly! I have no trouble making bookings with this website.

Also the staff in calling center is very pleasant, and they give me every information that I need!
