It is the first time that I have used SkyClub in Chitty Street, London and I found their service excellent. He went out of his way to tailor our holiday the way we wanted it. Even when things went slightly wrong he rectified it at their own expense.

We had a truly amazing time in Malaysia and even now on my return he has offered to take up my damage luggage issue with the airline involved. I have not experienced this kind of service before and I have travelled abroad every year. To offer a service before the holiday is always good and to offer to help after the holiday is exceptional.
