They took full payment from me 3months before my date of travel. They said they would usue my ticket within three working days, 2 months on they still did not issue my ticket... After which they then admitted that they could not issue my ticket. They asked me to change my dates or pay more money. Which i declined and asked for my refund. They agreed to refund me the money in 5 weeks in which i was not acceptable for i was due to travel in less than 4 weeks. They then said if i want the money urgently i would need to pay 200 pounds cancelling fees which by the way i was not cancelling my journey but they had failed to issue the ticket. I was so desprate i enened up agrreing to the charges. And they were to refund the money in 7 working days. That was in november and now its end of december i still have not got my money. When i call they put me on hold for over 30mis at a time, pass me around, promissing me that they will refund it the next day. And i keep calling they then tell me they have put the money in my bank and i shoud check after 5 working days its been more than 31 working days they is still no money.. As i write this review in still waiting for the money.

You should contact to ATOL who issued licence to them.they will sort it out or will cancel their registration.im facing the same problem now and going to approach atol

I am also in the same problem no ticket and no refund, atol only get involved if the company closes
