Brilliant tour of Costa Rica in April arranged by Jasmine holidays. All the transfers between hotels worked perfectly . All the hotels were excellent, but the one in Monteverde was exceptional. Pre-arranged tours to the national parks were all very good with excellent guides, although disappointingly in Arenal , we did not get to trek the volcano . Jasmine’s agents in Costa Rica , Travel Excellence were just that. Would definitely use Jasmine holidays again.

We have just returned from two weeks in Sri Lanka and the holiday was faultless.

Ground arrangements went like clockwork and the driver guide was superb ( he must be the most careful driver in Sri Lanka).

Hotels were top rate and if you compare with trying to pull it together yourself you actually save money going through Jasmine .

As the headline says our third holiday with Jasmine and we will be booking our fourth soon .

We have used Jasmine Holidays for trips to Malaysia and Thailand and are we are now planning a Costa Rica holiday with them. They are excellent. They provided ideal itineraries for our needs and interests and were happy to chop and change flights and venues as we refined our holiday ideas and budget. All trips and transfers were managed seamlessly. Although classed as a luxury holiday provider they are able to work with different budgets and are no more expensive than the more well known, larger 'package' holiday providers - plus they can tailor holidays to specific needs. I really like this company and will use them for all our travel in the future - and we are now introducing our family to they excellent service.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday travelling through Vietnam. Jasmine Holidays organised the holiday taking into account our wish list and suggested tours and excursions and boutique hotels. Their service was second to none and very friendly with a personal travel advisor who really knew the country and the various do,s and don't,s, all without having to wait in a call centre queue. We will definitely use Jasmine Holidays for our next trip and would recommend them if you want a holiday with a difference.

Knowledgeable polite enthusiastic staff,put together a holiday that was a fantastic break. Would like to go to Africa next year so we will be in touch.

Having just returned from an amazing Mekong River Cruise with Pandaw Cruises organised by Jasmine Holidays we felt compelled to try and let as many people know what a wonderful journey this is. the person I dealt with at Jasmine did a sterling job putting together a number of options for us to look at we settled on a few days in Saigon followed by a 7 night cruise and 4 nights at the end in Siem Reap.

After being so patient with our many questions and making sure that everything ran so smoothly on the ground - including getting transfers re-arranged at the last minute due to a flight change we cant thank him enough for his help.

The staff on board the cruise were first class, we really felt like family and the food was superb (we were worried about this before travel but really shouldn't have been.) The touring around Angkor Wat after the cruise was a real highlight. Our guide went the extra mile to make sure we avoided the crowds as much as possible, which really helped our enjoyment of this area.

All in all a really incredible experience 5/5

We have used Jasmine over a number of years and because of their consistent service we never look to another agent. This year we booked a Pool Villa in Thailand for a relaxing 2 weeks, on arrival we were met with 2 construction sites either side of our hotel, noise levels were horrendous and our lovely room overlooked by workmen. We immediately phoned the person I dealt with at Jasmine and his response and actions were excellent. The following day we were moved to a larger Pool Villa in a wonderful resort and our holiday was complete. As the title says the true test of a travel agent is when it goes wrong. Needless to say if we could give 6 stars we would.

Have to say that jasmine holidays were fantastic. From the many emails that I sent he knew what we wanted from our holiday. We gave him our itinerary and he managed to sort everything. All the arrangements ( flights, accomodation, transfers) went really smoothly and the guides in the different countries were extremely knowledgable. We had an amazing holiday and would recommend and use the company again.

Nothing to fault . Great hotels, seamless connections and meet and greet and drivers and guides who were careful and knowledgeable .

Travelled in October

After considerable internet research we selected Jasmine Holidays as offering the best choice of destinations and hotels options. We have not been to Vietnam before so wanted a tourist itinerary to include some of the more slightly out of the way places such as Mai Chau. Jasmine partners with Indochina Services (ICS) for tour guides and drivers which turned out to be an excellent package. The guides were, largely, very knowledgable and enthusiastic about their region of the country and happy to take questions on all aspects of Vietnamese life and history. The drivers were considerate of their passengers especially in Hanoi and Saigon where the traffic is chaotic.

So we had 16 nights in Vietnam and finished with 3 in Siem Reap to take in the Angkor temple complex. Although is was very hot this part of the holiday was probably the highlight simply because Angkor is such a fantastic place to visit. The scale of the temples is breathtaking. Our guide takes parties there twice a week but did not show any signs of 'tourist fatigue'. That we stayed at the Shinta Marni Resort was the icing on the cake!

We would have absolutely no hestitation in recommending Jasmine Holidays to anyone seeking a holiday with that little bit extra - attention to detail, better hotels and superb cistomer service.
