They have not hesitated to tell us when it would be cheaper to directly book hotels or transfers rather than going through them; in other words they minimize our costs rather than maximizing their commissions.

Queries are almost always answered within twenty four hours; normally the same day as we have the advantage of being six or seven hours ahead of the United Kingdom. If an immediate answer is not available we are always told when it will be available and replies that involve a third party are tracked and we are kept informed.
