the prices advertised are nowhere near the price you would have to pay! I saw a flight advertised for £675 but when I called it was over £1000!

absolutely ridiculous way of running a business! we all understand the word from but maybe they should try updating their prices!

happy to go direct to the airline who has offered me the same dates/times for £599!

Just found DIRECT flights from heathrow to miami on fly & save website £443. I realised this price was too good to be true but I thought I would give them a chance and check out how much dearer it would be. On phoning, the 3 options they were advertising on their site not even offered/available and what was offered was a flight with a stop over in madrid for £538! I was looking at the flight at £443 on their website as we spoke so there is no excuse for them coning people into phoning when there is absolutely no chance of getting what they are showing online.

Should be banned from doing it. Glad I checked it out just in case was more trustworthy, happy not to touch them with a barge pole!!!

The worst experience ever especially when it comes to one of their team I booked a journey like 2 months in advance 3 days to the trip I was informed by email that there's changes in my bookings not even a phone call. They cancelled the tickets and didn't refund my money.

be warned!!!.They claimed that they gave me alternative in which it doesn't suit my conditions and still has to pay another£65 for the seat I've already paid for and they lost due to their own carelessness. Very rude guy 

I have booked flights with Fly and Save this week then read some reviews which say to avoid using this company. I was really worried that I had made a huge mistake and had a sleepless night over it. I emailed the company (the guy who took my booking over the phone) and expressed some of my concerns, I had a reply email the next day confirming that there was no problems with my booking slso received the ETickets and Atol certificate. Still felt uneasy after reading so many bad reviews so contacted Virgin customer services who confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my booking and I should look forward to my holiday, was even able to go onto the virgin website and check my booking myself with a reference number Virgin gave me. So please as with anything you buy on line check that you get exactly what you want before you pay and remember that normally only disgruntled people post reviews which could be the minority. At this moment I am happy with the service I have received so far booking my flight, they do advertise a price and I also found that you cannot actually book the flights for the price advertised but I found this to be the same on many searches with different companies.

their website tempts you in with very cheap flight prices but when you enquire you find that it's completely false. in my case the price of the flights more than doubled from that advertised!

they then blame the airlines for the increase in price and tell you to read the small print. don't be taken in by fly and save as they are complete time wasters.

I booked a flight to South Africa. They got me a fair deal but kept on chasing them for my tickets. On calling the airline in South Africa I found details of my reservation which was still unpaid for despite me paying Fly and Save with a debit card 10 days before.

Terribly frustrating as I cannot book hotels, car hire etc as I wonder about this company's integrity.

I booked flights to Orlando for my family through fly and save for upcoming school holidays and got the best deal which was cheaper by £ 55.00 per passenger. They are ATOL protected and delivered all 5 tickets to my e-mail within 48Hrs as promised i'll use them again. Good Luck Fly and Save.
