Booked 3 holidays over the years with these guys and they they have always been very good, however I booked a 4th holiday with them back in November 2019 (paid the deposit of £1.550, ready to go out July 2020. Unfortunately COVid-19 was in full force and air lines were all grounded and USA were closing their doors to any traveler's in or out.

Having been given no option but to cancel the holiday and postpone to 2021, I done as I was advised by flights2florida. 2021 Florida was still not fully operational and we chose to postpone further with a date to be confirmed. (This was agreed by flights2florida)

2023, I have had a serious health issue that has rendered me unable to fly, I contacted F2F to explain my situation only to be dealt with in a hostile manner and insulted. I’d been lied to regarding where the deposit is and who has it and since ignored. Having had what I believe to have been a good relationship with these guys they have without doubt let themselves down on this occasion.

Myself, family and friends that have genuinely booked with this company will now NEVER book again.

Costumer service is all all about providing your customers with the best possible service and in the event of an unhappy customer negotiations is the next best thing but F2F we’re in NO way willing to discuss an amicable outcome. They chose to ignore me.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! To date I have been insulted, embarrassed, lied to and £1550 out of pocket, if I’d booked through the air line directly I would’ve just got a refund!

Due to covid our flight was cancelled. The staff at flights2florida worked there socks off all day getting us a new flight for our party of 9. Would recommend them to all friends and family. They ticked every box for us there was nothing we didn’t like about them.

I booked early for our Fly drive holiday to Olando with Flights2Florida Febuary 2014, as this was a large family group of 11 including my 5 grandchildren and I wanted the best price flying with Virgin Alantic. We flew 1st August 2015 and returned 22 August 2015. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble even though we had to change the passenger for one flight ticket and I had to change the pre-booked date for our day at discovery cove. The price of the flights were the cheapest I had found. The staff are very friendly,reliable, efficient and helpful throughout (I am not allowed to mention names). I would use this this Travel Agent again.

I would also highly reccomend Discovery Cove we did not swim with the Dolphins but there was ample to do there, I even snorkled for first time, and its really is an 'all inclusive day'.
