I was referred tp fareboom by a family friend. We booked our flight through fareboom at a very affordable rate with no hidden fees. We had no problems with our issued tickets. Unfortunately, before our return, we were stricken with grief when our sister fell ill due to cancer. We canceled our return flights through Fareboom with no hassles. We were advised accordingly on how to reissue our tickets come time to fly back. We had to postpone our return for an additional 4 months. Once we were prepared to return we contacted Fareboom and they were able to get us affordable seats and travel dates with minimal difference-in-ticket fees. Everytime we contacted Fareboom via email, they responded immediately. They are a great and highly efficient travel agency. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you,Fareboom!!!
