booked a hotel in Strassbourg over them 4 month ago with room prepayment.

Booking was confirmed by them and suddenly 1 week before the trip they contact me and say them have to cancel booking due to credit card is invalid and they cannot take booking. As you cannot enter or modify your credit card in their screwed up system they request from you to give your credit card detail via phone or email.

This is totally forbidden by credit card company and whoever gets that detail can go online shopping with it.

As Strassbourg is totally booked out now i was forced to spend an hour time and fix this directly with the booked hotel.

As I was looking for serviced apartements this site was recommended by a friend. The service was easy and reliable. Aparthotels descriptions clear, at least you know what you buy! Would use this site again to do my aparthotel bookings.
