Well the agency helped me to find reasonable ticket to Rwanda from London.

When it come to pay my ticket using my credit card, all my card were declined I rang my bank to ask why and if the company was genuine. The bank checked the company and confirm to me that the company was genuine let me pay my ticket.

Although the E-ticket took time to reach me, the staff were there to give in update on my ticket.

At end I got my ticket and I was ready to travel.

I will surely recommend your agency to my friend and I will use it for the future.

This is the second time I have purchased a flight with Allison Brothers. Great fares and very efficient service.

Avoid this company like the plague! They are con-artists of the worst sort. Once you book your flight for the advertised price they will call you immediately and tell you someone else booked at the same time as you and therefore your price is no longer available. You have to pay more on top of the original price, even though your payment has already been confirmed. I wish I had looked up reviews on this company before I booked with them. It is clear they do this all the time. This practice should be illegal. Will NEVER use this company again! p.s. the review wouldn't even let me use certain words in the title, words which define their business practice as false.

Had trouble accessing internet site due to area I live in wifi poor . Called and they helped me book the ticket .

Booked a holiday for 2 to Thailand, on the check out the ticket price was at £840. I got my invoice and I was charged £891. Spoke to the person I dealt with regarding this issue and said it could of been a glitch on the system. I was refused the refund of £51. instead they checked the prices after two days of booking and the price was gone up to £885. Which they offered me £6 refund instead.

Not really happy with their service and have lost a bit of money over this situation.

Good service. Came back promptly when there was a problem with an acceptable alternative. Pity no service over weekend and evenings but not unexpected. Left me wondering for two days if the alternative was still available.

However, came back fairly quickly to confirm reservation.

Very helpful but would have been better if they were more efficient and quick. Other than that they give you other option and offers.

Never used company before but would not hesitate to use again....the person I dealt with was very helpful...a Star.....
