After reading a whole lot of bad reviews I was terrified when my daughter caught chicken pox, leaving us unable to fly home as I was told they could not replace the flight until the children were deemed fit to fly (2 weeks later), nor could they confirm over the phone whether the flight would definately be rebooked. Whilst the uncertainty caused us alot of stress, the outcome was perfect. Upon submission of the fitness to fly a replacement flight was booked within 24 hours, and my claim for food,extra travel and flight change fees was honoured within a month of arriving home. The only thing I was unable to claim was the credit card currency conversion fee for my expenditure. At the end of the claim was listed everything that was paid and how the claim was calculated. Contacting the company was easy and they checked to make sure everything was going ok several times. We dealt with Weassist emergency assistance and Cerberus Claims (Australia) Very happy with the outcome and will not hesitate to use them again next time.
