This group of companies offers cheap insurance products. In the event you need to make a claim, you will realise the error of your ways. There is no streamlined process, forms to fill in that are mostly not relevant to the nature of your claim, and months of delays and misery to follow.

Best advice is to avoid, or contact the finance ombudsman on day 1. You will be needing their help.
