Fortunately, since taking out this policy, I haven't needed to make a claim. Obviously the value of the policy is whether a claim is accepted and the payout is reasonable.
I did have a query before completing the application(this was easy to complete online); I got through reasonably quickly and the customer service representative answered this to my satisfaction.
