IMG International THE WORST

IMG is the WORST.

1. Around the time I applied for International insurance with IMG I was told (pretty casually) that my cholesterol was high by my doctor. Never was I under the impression I needed to tell IMG I had a history of high cholesterol.

Long story short, I lost 70 lbs., lowered my numbers. However, sent them my medical records for something unrelated. They poured over them and added 4 'undisclosed pre-existing conditions', one of them hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol).

I provided 2 letters from physicians saying my cholesterol is fine for someone my age.

They didn't care whatsoever. 5 years paying. One claim. They went back 6 years to now have an excuse to not cover anything related to cholesterol.

They will not talk to you. Will not listen. Will not negotiate.

2. My second claim was I tore my shoulder labrum doing weights recently (5 YEARS after being with them). They demanded from the surgeon 'Is he a professional weight lifter?'. I don't think they want to pay. $20,000.

Bills submitted relating to my shoulder injury. Pilling up. No reimbursement, no communication. Nothing.

IMG is a totally horrible company to deal with.
