I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND

My son had his passport stolen in Turkey , it was in a safe in the villa which was professionally broken into. We had to go and get emergency travel documents and purchase another return flight home. I have today 22nd July 2015 spoken to a woman in the office she was very unhelpful insisting I gave her the emergency passport number -- on arriving back at Manchester airport the emergency document was retained there so of course this was impossible to give her she then told me I would have to get in contact with the British embassy to get details, !! I had sent details from the British consulate in turkey regarding the emergency document and receipt of purchase she then insisted I sent return travel documents, I had had to buy the flight while I was at the British consulate in Turkey before they would issue emergency travel documents I had bought the return flight on line and had printed off the details these I had sent with other relevant documents she insisted they would require original ones and I would have to ring the airline. We had a very heated conversation, I did inform her I was not annoyed with her just their system she made no comment. She said it was not possible to speak to management. She said she would pass the information I had given her to the ' handler ' who would be in contact within 48 hours.
I had sent receipts from the British Consulate in Turkey also printed airline flight details including boarding pass also police report stating the passport had been stolen AND photo of the safe with the damage what more could possibly be needed , why on earth would i have been purchasing emergency documents and another flight
Customer service was appealing and totally unreasonable also it seemed I was not believed and it was been made very difficult to get compensation
DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY !!!! If you do read all the smal print before purchasing
