Travelling to Prague Fri to Sunday, a major incident on the motorway caused us to miss our flight, we couldn't get another flight to get us to Prague in time for us to fly home. Our claim is dismissed because we didn't eventually travel!!!! How ludicrous, the claim was under £500 but they won't even consider it. In any other business this would be considered a sham.
Never used them before and probably won't again
