I've just called atlas direct after not receiving my documents to be told to email them, the woman quickly read email address to which I asked her to repeat it, her reply was I've just told you and I'm not repeating it!
I asked again as I'm hard of hearing, she said it again with an attitude, she was not helpful at all... I only hope other advisor there are more accommodating.
