Awful Insurance, The AA left me stranded in Canada with no insurance (very hard to get insurance once you've left the country) on a WINTER SPORTS HOLIDAY, because I couldn't get through to them on a bank holiday to extend the duration...despite sending multiple (unanswered) emails. Not very helpful in any context, basically got given the thanks for your previous money but go away now! Will never ever use them again, they ruined the end of my holiday!
You would think that the AA would have a 24hr line for 'customers' aboard to call up and extend their policy, no?
