AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF YOUR MONEY AND YOU WON'T GET ANY HELP

I'm absolutely disgusted by the incompetence, lack of knoweledge and completely indifference from this garbage organsiation. I paid a extra premium to insure my current medical problems just incase and a lot of other insurers included this health problem with out an extra fee. I also paid an excess waiver £77 total been barely abroad for 3 weeks and had to come back on medical grounds. While I was abroad I never managed to get through to any one to discuss my situation and the Live chat chap was completely clueless. I needed to stay in the UK a bit longer to set my health out yet they have flatly refused to allow me to extend my stay for a day or two and this will invalidate my insurance, so I might as well not have even bought one. I haven't been able to even make a claim with out having to pay extra for medical certifications and such and already have been getting hassled and probed as I paid an excess waiver, when I didn't want to have to make a claim in the first place.
I've paid an expensive flight just to come back for this and will loose now my insurance and will have to buy a new one if I leave next week on top of the £77. Their website is absolute rubbish and missleading.

AA Travel Insurance allows you one return visit to your home for up to 14 days without voiding your policy or charging you extra.

I asked them if the "charging you extra" means that I may be able to pay for an admin fee to extend my stay in the UK and was just told no but why put this on the website. Their level of support is so extremely bad I had to call 5 times and be put on hold with each so they coulc figure out what the Claims department number was. This whole mess has ruined my summer and cost me a lot of money, STAY AWAY FROM AA THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND INCREDIBLE UNHELPFUL.
