I made a reservation at the Lexington, KY Embassy Suites for 9/25. My husband and I had a change of plans and were unable to make it to Lexington on the date of our reservation. I called early in the day to cancel and was told it was a reservation that was not able to be cancelled. We were charged $193 for a room we never stayed in. I don't remember being told that we were not able to cancel our reservation prior to booking. I will never use this site again. Big ripoff.
