Just "enjoyed" a protacted dispute with QWERTY Travel over 4 months following a horrendous holiday to Egypt. Basically, if you are unhappy with what THEY sold you in the first instance, they wash their hands and blame all their suppliers - they are a despicable entity and I would not touch them with the proverbial barge pole! - I feel it is only right that my experience should be shared amongst those who might be tempted - Simply - Don't!!

I am very sorry that on this occasion we have failed to meet your expectations on both counts. Complaints must be processed through the correct channels, in this instance through your service providers. Unfortunately, this process can take time, and I am very sorry you feel the time taken to complete the process has been unacceptable, but I can assure you, it is always our aim to resolve any disputes which may arise as swiftly as possible.
