Answered call quickly, took a little time finding the deal we were enquiring about and had to book it through another providor which was fine. I wish holiday companies would just put the actual holiday price on screen so that no-one is having to guess at what actual holiday cost is going to be! Also I was not overly impressed with the £10 per person booking fee, added on just before payment was taken from my card - in my opinion this was outrageous - you don't enable customers to book using the internet through Ice Lolly (which was the webpage I found you on)so you have no choice other than to contact you by phone - its your job guys!!
I would probably book with the company again but not by phone.
