incorrect number of rooms booked rang to sort this out when the confirmation email arrived could not speak to the booking agent as the persone answering the phone would not deal with my enquiry called back later and the same person answerd but would not deal wth my issue could not get me off the phone quick enough gave the impression that he did not care about problem

the price of the holiday was very good but i would not wish to go through the booking process again
