I spoke to a lady name Sia and she was so unprofessional and blunt that despite increasing the cost of holiday to double, she was misbehaving and sounded careless in her approach. Worst service. Will never approach them again.

I spoke to agent called shawn roberts he was very polite and helpful searched a good holiday for me going to tenerife it was wonderful holiday and i have already recommend to my friends.

All I can say is RUDE. After a rather unfriendly conversation where the price had atlas doubled from the online quote I told the operator I had other quotes elsewhere which was entirely truthful. He then went on to speak rudely and hang up on me when I told him the deposit I was asked to pay on the other site. Fuming.

Hidden charges. Lame excuses. Blaming other unheard people. Poor customer service. Argue with customers. No support. They talk to you and stalk you until you book and give advance. After that ignore you completely. Never again with these people. But beware they change there agency name every now and then.

The cost of the holiday was £227pp. When i rang them, i was given a different higher price. When i asked how come the price has gone up i was told that this price was for a upgrade to a room with a double bed a mini bar a tv and a balcony with a garden view and if i paid for the £227 that was advertised on icelolly.that i would be put in the corner of the hotel/apartments with no view and no balcony single beds no tv and mini bar. I never got the upgrade he promised and there was no rooms without a balcony and no rooms had tv's or mini bars as i asked the hotel manager. I then got extra hidden charges for luggage and transfers. I got charged £48pp extra for luggage (15kg) I got charged £18pp extra for transfers. Costs explaind below. Holiday price £227pp for 2 people = £454 What i got charged £272.50 pp for the room £48 pp for luggage £18 pp for transfers Total price for holiday £657 for 2 people! The person i spoke with who took the booking and charged me extra was Holidaydeals2go Direct telephone number (i tried to ring this number when i returned from my holiday to find it was dead, it would not even ring) I had to ring another to try and resolve my complaint

Do NOT use this company!! Called up and thought I was calling the UK, you end up ringing India and speak to operators with English names! The incompetent fool I spoke to is called Dennis Turner with an Indian accent!!!! Already they are lying to their customers if they do not gove their proper names!!! Went to Mallorca in May 2015. Romantic getaway with my boyfriend. He tried to sell me a twin (two singles) room for a lesser price. I explained to him that I did not want a twin room as going away with my boyfriend and wanted a double bed. He said if I paid extra then he could GUARANTEE a 'double superior room'. Would have meant paying extra so I agreed. When i got to Mallorca I guess what?! Paid extra for no damn reason as still got a twin room. They explained no such thing as a double superior room. Double or twin to them means two people in a room. These people want your money!  Ehen you complain only by email and the idiots do not respond and you cant call them! Stay away from these fools!!!!

Terrible holiday from start to finish, booked with holidaydeals2go, as an all inclusive package, now their saying we didnt book a package amd basically not covered under travel package regs, im waiting for recording now, cant wait to see what rubbish they come up with.

just rang to enquire about a holiday priced at £106.00 ,only to be told it would cost double + luggage & transfers,asked them to explain,you guessed got cut off.

The first time I rang, the phone was answered by a woman who just kept saying "hello?" so she obviously couldn't hear me at all. She hung up. I tried again a few minutes later, a man answered, I got as far as giving him the holiday reference, then I got cut off. I gave up then.

I rang them twice to ask about a holiday only to be put on hold then disconnected twice! The first time the holiday price he gave was over £100 more than advertised and that was just to add a meal and transfer, when I said I don't want the extras, he put me on hold and I was disconnected a few minutes later. The second time I rang I asked why he had hung up on me, he did not answer my question and asked if I was just enquiring or wanted to book. When I said I was making an enquiry and if it works for me I will book, he put me on hold for several minutes and I was disconnected again. Awful. I certainly will not be giving them my business and would recommend that you others don't either.

Please please do not trust this holiday company. I tried to book a holiday with them just 2 days ago. We had confirmed a price for a holiday etc - they then took payment and then came back to the phone to me to tell me the price had risen by £80 or fly from another airport or take no luggage. I then asked for a full refund, and they said this would take 3 working days, explained that I didn't have 3 days to wait as I was booking a last minute holiday, luckily I have been able to borrow money from a family member to book a holiday whilst I wait for a refund.

Just tried to book holiday to Sharm at first all seems to be alright and professional but then when I confirmed I wanted holiday the flight prices went up £200 each, I said I couldn't pay this I was then offered alternative airport at small extra cost but when I said ok this also went up by £200. I said I wasn't prepared to go ahead with holiday and was then offered different acc and length of stay and then flights at £60 more than original when I said I wasn't going to go ahead with holiday was told I may have to pay cancellation costs!! DO NOT USE !!! NOT WORTH IT !!!

I have never booked a holiday via the internet so was very aprehensive, the staff were extremly helpful over the telephone, everything made clear. Our holiday to turkey went without a hitch. Fights and transfers all on time, bottle of water handed out on the transfer as it was very hot. Ocean blue hotel situated in centre of hisaronu , close to allamenities, few minutes walk to main strip which everything for young and old. Jeep safaris, boat trips can all be booked very cheaply, all are great fun and very interesting. ocean blue hotel is just off the stip , the staff are just wonderful, they put together a suprise 18th birthday party for my grandson with just a few hours notice. The hotel was spotless very friendly and made us fell at home. We will definately book with holidaydeals2go again as they were great We are both pensioners, and we had a relaxing trip and loads of fun. Thankyou

I called this company on Friday for holiday . Spoke to a indian who don't know what he is going andtalking and price difference was too much I asked for the price of icelolly ... then bag price went up to 80 pounds and transfers to50 I said no bag and transfers then seems like deal iswith indirect flights .. these r cunning agents . .do not trust this company
