We are a couple of divers that have been travelling the globe for the last 20 years mostly on our own, no agencies, no planned itineraries, so, we were a little bit afraid about going with EasyTahiti to our dream trip: Polynesia. We always traveled to other destinations, keeping Polynesia as a pending dream, because we wanted it to be perfect and we wanted to plan it very well. Then we found EasyTahiti and ask them to plan our trip just giving them some guidelines, and after our first conversation it was clear to us that we were going to leave everything in your hands with total confidence and carelessness, and we were not wrong. The pre-trip management, the advice, travel and accommodation planning, the quality-price ratio of pensions and hotels, the dives planning (they ARE divers too), everything went perfectly. We are very happy to have traveled with them and two things have become clear to us: That we will repeat that destination and that we will do it with EasyTahiti.

I was very pleased with Easy Tahiti, which arranged my three week holiday in Polynesia. The agent provided thorough and prompt responses to my queries, and based on my feedback, she made great suggestions. She helped us decide on accommodation and islands to visit, for example. She helped us with managing costs by providing different options, which can be extremely high in this part of the world. Easy Tahiti also linked us with Top Dive so we could build in some dives on the various islands, and we received outstanding help in that area. Once our travel was booked, we received all the confirming details and vouchers, everything was in order. During our 3 week trip, all arrangements went very well, there were no issues. I would definitely use this company again and refer it to friends.

We used Raphaëlle MARSOT at Easy Tahiti. I usually book all of my own hotels and flights so I became a micro manager on this vacation. Raphaelle was great to work with and promptly answered all my (I am sure annoying) questions and concerns. The trip was fantastic, the hotels were beautiful, meal packages were easy to use and even altered on a couple of days, the excursions were great and also went off without a hitch. The inter island flights were on time and wonderful. I would definitely use Raphaelle and Easy Tahiti again.

Planning our Honeymoon to Bora Bora went extremely well thanks to the person I dealt with at EasyTahiti. She provided all the documentation up front and responded quickly to all the questions I had and really left me reassured that my trip would turn out amazing. 5 Nights at the St. Regis Bora Bora was hands down the best vacation I ever had and largely was the work EasyTahiti did providing all of the vouchers and inter island tranfers. I don't know French at all but probably would have struggled doing some of these things on my own. I highly recommend using EasyTahiti because they make the booking and traveling easy so you don't have to. Many thanks again to the person I dealt with and the staff.

I have organized my trip in French Polinesia totally by PC thanks to the professionality of easytahiti.com travel agency. I received useful hints on my proposed itinerary, they selected the suitable inter island flights and all the ground services. The proposed hotels were nice and not too much expensive. The only thing I suggest to improve is the delivery of the travel documents once the final payment has been performed: operating via internet it is important for the client that he could always have the confidence he is treating with an existing organization and not simply a web site.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Tahiti that was arranged by EasyTahiti. Everything they arranged including hotels, excursions and transportation went without a hitch. Their staff were great to work with and were always on time. Loved the entire stay on the islands.

We booked a 7 night vacation in June at the St Regis in Bora Bora through Easy Tahiti. The person I dealt with recommended some excursions and helped book dinners for us with the hotel. She also coordinated the round trip flights. Her responsiveness was very much appreciated. I'm not one who likes to give up control when booking a vacation, I asked a lot of questions, but she was great and I would (and have) highly recommend Easy Tahiti.

The agents at Easy Tahiti were fabulous with us. We called in, told them what we were looking for with this trip and they came out with a few quotes and suggested a few activities. When we settled for a package, they sent all the information needed including an agenda of our stay with all the activities, the time to be there and where to go etc. It even detailed where to go when you arrive at Tahiti airport and so on. Incredibly well organized. We followed their agenda and never had any trouble with our activities and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Two thumbs up guys!! We definitely recommend this agency to anyone.

Booking with easyTahiti was the best decision I made when planning our honeymoon. Every detail was taken care of no matter how big or how small. Our travel agent spent a lot to time helping us to decide what we wanted and she hit it perfectly. We wanted a meal plan as well as excursions included in the package and she created one for us. The fact that the agency is located right in Tahiti is a definite plus. They worked closely with our resort to ensure that our honeymoon was perfect. And it was. I cannot thank them enough. I do a lot of coordinating and planning at home and at work, so I am often wrapped up in details; it can be difficult for me to relinquish control. :-) You made my dream trip come together so smoothly, and for about $1,500 USD less than I could do myself! We booked a trip to Bora Bora from Europe with easyTahiti this August. We got excellent customer service - flights from main island to Bora Bora were very convenient, while on previous trip we had long waiting times. It was our wedding anniversary and arrangements were made for us - champagne, cake etc. In terms of booking process everything was very smooth, we were reminded about payment deadlines, sent details on timings etc. When we travelled representative from easyTahiti met us at the arrivals at Papeete, and helped us with the check-in. Price we received was very good vs other agencies so overall would highly recommend easyTahiti.

We found Easy Tahiti on the web and from the minute we made contact, the service was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Our requirements were quite specific - we like five star accommodation but we also like home stays. We relax a little but like to explore off the beaten track. The staff came up with an itinerary that fit the bill perfectly. We visited four islands and stayed in a small but fabulous pension as well as large resorts with overwater bungalows. If you're planning a trip to French Polynesia Easy Tahiti certainly makes the experience enjoyable.

I highly recommend booking a tour with Easy Tahiti. We had a wonderful 4 days in Moorea, and one in Tahiti with tours, transfers and ferry tickets taken care of before we arrived. You can only cross your fingers and hope when you book tours from the States that you have an honest company that is going to show up, and deliver what they promised. Everything worked out wonderfully, and she was very helpful in making decisions on hotels and tours through email and phone conversations. The prices were reasonable, and I would not hesitate to rebook a trip with them if I was returning for a trip to French Polynesia. We met the nicest local people, and some of the best snorkeling in the world.

We were so happy we decided to go with Easy Tahiti! I wanted to book our honeymoon to Bora Bora through a travel agency that was familiar with the country already and I came across this company through Google. Their website and everything almost seemed too easy but after reading more about the company from other people, we were able to trust them. We worked with Aurelie and she was awesome! We told her budget, when we wanted to go, what islands we wanted to go to, and activities we wanted to do and we got it all figured out very quickly! We ended up going to Moorea for 4 nights and Bora Bora for 4 nights. We stayed in a beach bungalow in Moorea (which was amazing) and an overwater bungalow in Bora Bora. That was not only a great way to save some money but it was so great to experience both. Anyways, if you are still unsure about using Easy Tahiti, don't be, because everything was so organized and went so smoothly throughout the whole trip!!
