The person I dealt with is one HELL of a trip organiser. 1st was a wonderful and enjoyable trip to Aus and New Zealand. 2nd was a very busy enjoyable trip to India's golden triangle plus safari to see tigers and sloth bears and then to top it all off was a very relaxing beach break/holiday in Goa. The person I dealt with has organised for us a three week holiday to Hawaiin Islands and a week in San Francisco for our 25th wedding anniversari ( hope we get upgraded on flights to at least business clas. SEE WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE.). This person has also organised a 4 night break for both myself an Son for his 21st Birthday ( come on tables and bandits). It was brought to my attention by my daughter that I did not give her a holiday for her 21st (now 23 and a half, so she has organised a4 day trip to Boston USA for both my Wife and Daughter for the same time as Me. With all she has achieved with the past holidays(BRILL) these should be no different. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

eshores has helped us arrange our trip to thailand and vietnam for my 60th birthday along with my wife and two other couples. eshores does a fantastic job sorting our holidays out for us, this is why we are going to use there professionalism for our next adventure. all at eshores are a great help and that's why we keep using them. everything on our trip ran like clockwork, just as before on previous trips, keep up the good work its nice to know people cares.

We booked with this company. I was taken I’ll before we could go on the holiday. We had paid over 5000 deposit when we had to cancel they refused to return any of the money insisting they had booked the journey. Gave us 500 as a goodwill gesture . Shameless company I would never deal with then again

I was looking for a price for a holiday that i intended to book to ocho rios, jamaica. By chance through google i found eshores, i had never dealt with them before. I phoned and was looked after by the person i dealt with who was extremely polite and courteous. She gave me all the time that i needed. Answered all my questions and came back to me with a very reasonable quote for the hotel that i was interested in. I had intended to shop around but because of the great service i just placed my booking there and then. Thanks once again to the person i dealt with.

My partner and I had a fantastic time travelling from Cape Town along the garden route to Knysna and back to Stellenbosch. Eshores picked some excellent hotels for us, all of which were in top locations. Personal highlight was Spier Stellenbosch, a beautiful estate in the winelands. Cape Heritage in Cape Town is really unique and we enjoyed the family feeling. Protea Knysna is in a top location right at the waterfront, offering a great selection of restaurants and bars. All hotels were great quality and there was nothing to criticise. Everything was well organised, on time, and exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely book with eshores again.

We were given an eshores contact by our best friends. They had arranged their honeymoon with eshores and suggested we do the same. We already had quotes from a couple of the main high street travel agents but eshores were able to offer us a considerably more reasonable price. Our contact was also extremely helpful and replied to my emails very quickly, he gave us lots of time to look at different options and made some really good suggestions that certainly made our honeymoon the best it could have been. We had an incredible time and the hotels, transfers and flights were just as we wanted. Excellent service, excellent advice, excellent holiday! We will certainly use eshores again.

I am a pretty fussy traveller. I have very specific ideas about what I want to do, where I want to go and even which hotels I want to stay in. I enjoy researching trips to the finest if detail and I get competitive prices... then one day I stumbled upon eshores in my quest to see if a travel company could match my quote. Not only did they do that, but they came in £100 cheaper and managed to get connections for all my internal flights and someone to meet me at the airport and transport me to the next leg of the journey. Gavin is second to none for his patience, tenacity and personal interest in each and every booking I have made with eshores. No amount of research is too much and they will make every effort to accommodate any request or changes to thw itinerary. I would never use any another travel agent now. I cannot fault eshores and thank them for Thailand 2009, Peru 2010 and China 2014.

I booked my holiday through E-Shores after finding them on google. From start to end the service was brilliant, she was simply great. I had never been on a multi centre holiday before and was worried about the hotel/hire car locations etc and arriving safely at each destination. I literally had nothing to worry about, the hotel and car hire locations could not have been better, the whole holiday was entirely flawless. The best holiday I have ever been on in my life and will be booking with E-Shores again in the near future. Thank you so much for arranging the holiday of a life time. Simply brilliant service.

We traveled to Los Angeles for 3 nights, then onto Las Vegas for 5 nights then onto San Francisco for 2 nights........... It was fantastic! Our tailormade holiday was arranged to perfection by E-Shores. As we were travelling to 3 destinations, the travel arrangements needed to flow and be seemless......... and that's exactly how it was. The staff were excellent and professional in every way and the holiday was amazing. The flights and hotels were superb. My husband and I had a holiday of a lifetime. Thank you E-Shores!

Just back from a 13 night stay. Had a fantastic time thanks to the advisor who did a great job organising our holiday. This is the second time we have chose Eshores to do our multi city U.S. tours. Both times our hotels were very nice and in safe areas of each city. Will be booking our next holiday with Eshores as they offer a great service and reasonable prices. 100% satisfied

From the moment I phoned for a quote I couldnt have got better service. Kadie anwsered all my queries by phone or e-mail with so much knowledge. The holiday went off with NO problems at all and that is the sign of a good job. From the selection of hotels to the car hire everything was fabulous. I did price the same holiday with another company who gave me a more expensive price and didnt have much of a clue about yosemite park at all!! When (not if) I book another multi stay holiday this is where i'll book.

If you request needs as a disabled customer don't expect to get them honored and don't expect an apology for failures to provide what you would need to know before booking the holiday. No comprehension of needs of disabled wheelchair using holiday makers even when made aware of the holiday makers needs. Don't use them if you want to have a holiday that provides what you have requested. I have been disappointed by other agencies, but these guys are worse. Did not like the way the agency handled my holiday request, or how they handle complaints upon returning home. Whole experience has left me feeling highly upset. Left feeling insulted and highly disappointed by all. The failures of the holiday impacted upon our health. On top of this the holiday was a waste of money. I would have liked to know more before I made my purchase. Such as that my requests could not be met. If I had known I would not have made my purchase. If you are a wheelchair user you have been warned. This is a no star rating review.
