Just came back from resorte rio apora ,booked through yourholidays thomas cook , lovely hotel , lovely food but holiday was booked for 2adults and child 12 when arrived no bed for son at 3am after long flight finally got matress on floor at 4.30 am staff was trying to say doing me favour by not charging even though already paid for 3, monday to friday constantly conference meeting in dining room that holds 250 people but had to use room that held 50 when there was at least 150 holiday makers and to be told regular canteen closing when got to wait 10 mins for cups, coffee etc very slow service certainly would not go back to this hotel

We had originally booked a holiday to Majorca with a well known travel company but due to the Monarch collapse we were faced looking for a new holiday a week before we were due to Ly out. Your holiday were fantastic, quickly ascertaining our needs and coming up with some options. Within half hour it was all chosen and booked. The holiday we chose was fantastic, in a great little town with the hotel a stones throw from the beach and shops. My family and I agree it was the best holiday we have had.

Had a lovely week away In September travel agents were so helpful made things so easy as it was my first time booking online would highly recommend and will definitely be booking with them again for march The hotel was lovely,very clean and tidy , pool was fab , staff were great and very friendly food there was something for everyone and I am a bit fussy lol but I always had more than enough I would recommend the hotel as we had a fab time and we would definitely go back

“All inclusive holiday to Hurghada Egypt 2017”

My daughter & I have just returned from a 2-week holiday at Panorama Bungalows, Hurgarda Egypt. The booking was easy and all paperwork arrived within the times stated by Your Holidays. I would not hesitate to arrange other holidays with them. For the price we paid to include all inclusive of flights, accommodation in one of the bungalows, food, drinks, amazing views over the Red Sea it was definitely value for money. All transfers to the hotel and excursions were efficient and they are 'never late', they just work on Egyptian time! Egyptian roads and road sense are, at best, 'questionable' but we arrived at our destinations in time and in one piece, although sometimes a little shaken! The hotel was as described and other reviews we read were quite accurate. Where the hotel is situated is quite isolated and you need to use public transport or taxis to reach shops. There are some small negatives about the hotel but these could be over looked and were more than made up for by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, they could not have been kinder. I would definitely advise anyone going to take the best mosquito repellent you can, it can be purchased in the hotel, but was expensive and not too effective. The prices are put up for visitors, so bring your best haggling game, because you can always get a better price. Definitely shop around for tours. I was not impressed with the rep, he met us on the first morning with a number of outings at seemingly reasonable prices, he was keen to point out that other companies, especially within the hotel, were more expensive & not insured. This is not so! We booked some trips through him, unfortunately one of them had to be rescheduled due to us being ill. That was done, but not without some criticism from the rep. Another trip we could not do at all, he said he would be in the hotel morning & evening every day, this is not so and although there was a mobile number, he was not contactable. I let the transport know out of courtesy the morning of the tour, but was unable to get a refund. I then discovered Egypt International Diving Centre Hurgarda * and having explained we were booking a trip we had already paid for once and not been able to do, Abdo gave us a better price than we could have hoped for, but to be honest for the day we had I would have paid double, for the sheer thrill and excitement and memories made. The shopping trip the rep offers as a freebie if 2 tours are booked was a complete waste of time according to others that went on it, a taste of local markets, time for a meal at the Marina is offered, but in reality, it goes to a couple of arranged shops, obviously owned by friends of his. And there is not enough time to get drinks let alone eat. His prices include his "cut" as it is not included on the receipt. *I whole heartedly recommend you check out 'Egypt International Diving Centre Hurgharda . Their office is on the hotels beach. They are fully insured and have some the best crew on the snorkelling trips, they were entertaining and brilliant and patient as we were novices at snorkelling, food and drinks provided all day were plentiful and the sites we were taken to were suitable for all abilities.

“Issue with transfer”

Yet again I have had an issue with A2B transfers. 2 years ago I never got picked up from hotel. This time, the number I rang to confirm pick up time was incorrect. I was told by some surly woman that they don’t deal with A2B anymore and I would have to look on website. Luckily a lady on reception was lovely, checked pick up time and printed of a copy. I enjoyed my holiday but wish that all companies would stop using A2B transfers. They leave holiday makers wondering if they will get picked up or not!

“A hotel with excellent facilities and staff”

Really excellent holiday. Staff were fantastic and really helpful, in all areas of the hotel, from reception to restaurant and pool to house cleaners. Restaurant was well run and had an excellent choice of food for breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. Our room was maintained every day that we were there, all nine days. The swimming pools were well maintained and there were enough sunbeds to ensure you had a cracking view of the sun, for the whole day. However, one thing I would mention is that if you have pool rules then they should be adhered to and should be enforced, otherwise there is no need to have them. Overall, I would recommend our hotel for anyone wanting a nice quite holiday in Grand Canaria.

Made this booking fairly late - I thought I'd made the booking online, but found that I'd only requested the holiday. An agent rang back the following morning to explain that the holiday was still available but that the flights had increased in price (other companies had told me the same thing). Accepted the increase, and booked - and there were absolutely no problems from there on. Arrangements for car parking, flights, transfers, hotel, were all brilliant. I would definitely use again.

“Our recent holiday to Malta”

My husband and foster son had a week in Malta at the beginning of November. We were very happy with the service we received from 'yourholidays.com' when booking the holiday, however we were a bit disappointed that the transfer shuttle company were not informed that I was travelling with my wheelchair. The driver was quite abrupt with us and made us feel tense. On arriving at the hotel (The San Pawl Hotel), St Paul's Bay, the staff were very friendly and helpful when booking us in. We were unaware that we would have to pay a government tax per person, which amounted to 3.5 euros each. We were shown to our rooms. The rooms were basic and the bathroom (especially the shower) was not as clean as we would have liked as there were black marks in the shower cubicle. The toilet wouldn't flush the next morning and after making the staff aware of it they fixed it the same day. We also were unaware that we would have to pay for the WiFi use in the hotel and also to watch TV it would also require a payment. It was at least a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars but unfortunately it was downhill and that made it difficult pushing a wheelchair especially when returning to the hotel. All in all we made made the most of the holiday and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in the hotel but we probably wouldn't be able to stay in the same hotel because of its location.

“Lovely hot holiday ”

I went to Margret de mar and we stayed in hotel Tropic park . The roof top pool was fantastic and the room was nice. Some of the staff were very rude and one staff was lovely . The food was basic . We ate out most evenings as it was very repetitive. The hotel was lovely though and the beachfront location was ideal. The various bars and restaurants along the front street were very cheap and welcoming . We would definitely go back.
