I was trying to book flights to Toronto on the 15th July 2014
I had some difficulties with some agents who were not keen to suggests alternative flights
However , the agent Samuels at worldwideflights was very helpful and suggested alternative flights to suit my requirements. He went out of his way to help me and he phoned me himself to offer alternative suggestions.
I would certainly contact him again when i need to arrange flights and would recommend him to my family and friends
