Blatant profiteering from a disgraceful company. Paid £3200 for 10 days which included a 7 day all-inclusive cruise with Cylestial Cruises. Only offered cruise payment refund which they claim is £1200. How can the MAIN component of the holiday amount to a refund of only one third the total cost? They claim the remainder (£2,000) is the cost of budget airline travel and 4 nights in budget hotels (one in poor part of Athens) and will not refund any of this. Won't breakdown costs and claim it is all to do with airlines. Totally laughable. Will pursue the remainder of this through the court. It is my mission to see this through...and I don't care how long, or how much it costs! Do NOT make the same mistake!

When I complained about our jhang reviews of flight time and ended up coming back for more than seven hours later. I got no reply at all, I phoned several times and eventually a man told me the flight delay and missed the flight because of the short time of transit, all this advisor said it wasn’t their fault, but American Airline fault. This was the only answer I’ve got after one month and I had to keep phoning several times. We will ever use your company again for sure

We recently booked a late cruise with Worldwide Cruises to Central America and the Panama Canal. The consultant we dealt with was very profession, understanding and quick to respond to all our requirements. He dealt with all our queries very quickly and within an hour we had confirmation of our holiday. All the paperwork arrived two weeks prior to the trip. We had a fantastic holiday with everything running smoothly. Four transfer to and from the ship in limos were punctual and hassle free and the accommodation was a of a high standard and well located. We enjoyed the holiday so much that on our return we booked another cruise to Iceland in June

Was able to deal with all queries and give advice based on his own experience. Nothing was too much trouble and every question was answered very quickly. Particularly useful was researching suitable hotels in Los Angeles near the airport and the port. Refreshing to have no sales pressure - never placed in a position where I had to make a quick decision! Would certainly use the Company again - much better than the one who arranged our last Cruise.

I have booked a cruise with WW Cruises UK for myself and friends. I have used other companies before but I thought the person I dealt with was excellent. He delved into all our options and requests and got back very quickly with all the information and was very helpful with the advice on all the aspects of the booking. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I was already aware of the trip I was looking for, but wanted it at a good price. The agent I spoke to listened to my requirements, made very relevant suggestions, was patient while I checked things on line (deck plans, room positions etc) while talking on the phone to them. The price quoted was very good compared with other sites and I agreed the plan. Later that day he rang back with the option of a better room at a minimal price increase - I couldn't refuse. Very impressed with the service.

Better late than never with our review because we travelled last year. Simply put, from the beginning the person I dealt with listened to what we wanted and recommended a superb cabin. It was our 25th anniversary and our first cruise but thank goodness this man answered the phone when we called to book. He was patient, informative, provided great recommendations and even whilst on the holiday when we called to change hotels, he worked tirelessly to help make our dreams come true! I found that the staff that dealt with me was friendly helpful and extremely informative gave me different options and talked me through explaining everything thoroughly I was very satisfied with the whole experience firm the first phonecall enquiry to the final booking confirmation. I spotted the holiday Memphis/New Orleans stay plus Cruise on a group holiday email and it appealed to me. I emailed the company world Wide cruises and was contacted via email, we sorted what my husband and I wanted from the holiday, extending centain elements of our visit and excluding certain tours which we were not really interested in. Rep was very informative in regard to the holiday and a weeks cruise which completes the holiday. Once everything was sorted via email I received a call and I booked the holiday. So far Im very happy with the way I was treated I am looking forward to our holiday and hope that it all goes as smoothly as booking it was.

We were really impressed by the service provided by the person I dealt with. We had slightly complex booking requirements, among other things wanting an inside stateroom and a balcony stateroom as close as possible to keep our party together, and he made this very straightforward for us. Also very helpful in arranging cot etc for our infant and advising on all the services available on board, with extra insight from his own experiences on this ship. We won't hesitate to contact him immediately when planning our next break!

The staff member is very helpful. He was very happy to explain everything in detail and tried to make our requirements met.
