I was expecting, to receive a confirmation payment email, from you guys, at least 24hrs after, the guests checking in. But the guests, have already checked out this morning, and so far I haven't heard anything from you.

Also the guest, had a printed sheet with my address details, and they were completely wrong. There was saying Calçada Menino Deus 0, and the post code was completely different. I wonder, if the guest has to contact me, when he/she receives the confirmation, in terms of me giving them the right address, or if is WIMDU, who gives them the right details. Please, let me know, how it works exactly, regarding who provides the address to the guests.
Because the guest called from my street, without knowing the exact door number, because in his print I could read nº 0.
