Sales Agent

Received a call this morning after booking late online, to discover the accommodation wasn't available that I'd booked & paid for. So they could re-book with same hotel but through another of their agents at an additional cost of £12. I was fine with this. Then received a confirmation email, then another saying the first was incorrect, fine with this also after all were only human. Then I noticed I'd made an error (mmmmh I'm human to) when inputting info for my transfers, I'd put the arrival time instead of departure time, when notifying them was told that it was my fault as I'd obviously entered the details incorrectly when I booked online, fine I can appreciate this. Asked about cancelling so agent did amend my transfer time ok I'd thought, until I'd noticed the return transfer times had also been amended. Went back on the telephone to them same person, who said I'd told her this time, which I didn't. She then very rudely said I'll change it, not sure if she said thank you or how she ended the conversation has slammed the telephone down straight away.

Obviously needs to receive some form of customer service training, I've had better customer services from company's that use automatic services.

Not been on holiday yet, she's put a bit of a dampened on it, hopefully nothing else goes wrong as I'm obviously not wanting to communicate with this bad mannered lady again.
