I do not recommend this website at all. It would be great if you can use the official airline websites for better service.

Aakash tried to help me in all possible ways but policies are not customer friendly at all.

We understand your concern.However the penalty of date change and rerouting is charged by the airlines now by us.We have to abide as per the airline policy and its same amount which airlines will also charge for any changes to be made in itinerary.
