Thank you very much for all your help and support with my return flight as per my request. I am very pleased with the service you have provided me and would definitely use your company again to book any travel that I may need to go on in the near future. The lady DD (Dimple Edwin) from Customer Service after finding me a stop over flight then went and rearranged this to a flight I was more happier and suited me more. This was arranged a turned around within a few hours. Very fast service indeed. Thank you once again for allowing and arrange me to travel on the flight that you have arranged.

The only thing I would say which may be useful to customers in the future which has nothing to do with the customer service, it would just be to clearly state when selecting flights for both outbound and return, is to clearly state if the stop over flight and next connection flight is from two different airports.
