I booked tickets to fly to NY with Travel Up, initially because I used travel supermarket and they had the best price for direct flights. After an initial problem with payment (my fault) they sent me a method to pay for the tickets properly.

The payment was processed but I didn't receive a new conformation with all the details on it and I couldn't lion in properly to check the information. After a massive panicky email to the company I very quickly recieved my new e-ticket with all details on it, from Jimmy and have checked with the airline and all is well.

Great fast response, very efficient and def the cheapest flights I could find. Would so far def use again. Thanks!!!
