Nice consultant shame about the company

I found the company called Magic Holidays on a price comparison website when looking for a holiday. Their prices seemed very competitive compared to others and I had no hesitation asking for a quote. I was confused however when the email came through under a different company name Travelup and this made me suspicious. I called the company to query a couple of issues and the consultant was very helpful, he answered all of my questions and sent through revised quotes accordingly. I looked for Magic Holidays which was on the price comparison website but found no trace of it.
When I checked the company name on the emails I had been sent - Travelup I found terrible reviews which put me off booking with them completely.
In the end I did not book with the company and would recommend that they either distance themselves from the name or be upfront about who they are.
I have to say though that the service I received was fine and the staff very pleasant, it's just a shame the name issue Nd reviews raised so many alarm bells
