Maybe I just got lucky with the chap I booked my flights with or maybe it's because I am a frequent traveller but I didn't face any problems whilst booking or travelling. I booked on a Saturday night the money left my account and I got my ticket on Sunday afternoon. I requested my seats and meal on the airlines website and double checked that their baggage allowance hadn't changed and I reconfirmed my flights before I left for the airport. There was a minor schedule change to my connecting flight on the way home and with only a few emails I was booked onto an alternative flight. I got what I paid for and didn't have anything like some of the stories on here. Looks like Travelup are looking up. I have a discount for my next flight and I won't hesitate to use Travelup again.
