TravelStay has a easy to use booking procedure, however the Side opens too many new windows (instead of tabs) after the booking is done. The print feature leaves you with a blank sheet - the newly opened window has to be printed manually... Apart from that - the offers made are excellent :-)

It was so easy to book on the telephone. The person I dealt with was great, and explained everything to me clearly on the phone. After 10 minutes, I received the email confirmation as well. Best of all, I received a 5% discount with phone booking. As long as you can speak English, I would recommend you try phone booking.

The travelstay site is very easy to use and was ideal for what I was looking for! I wanted to find a cheap room to stay in London as I was working up there and needed to be there for an early start! The site had a great selection of hotels and at very reasonable prices! The booking system was very easy to use and had no problems at all! I will definitely use the website again!

Booked two one-night stays at separate hotels recently. I was unable to print out the confirmation e-mails which I immediately received. The Travelstay staff couldn't have been more helpful in trying to resolve the problem. Any misgivings I had in contacting this site which I had not previously contacted were immediately laid to rest. I had absolutely no trouble at either of the hotels when I turned up to book in and they had noted my particular requests to have rooms on the first or second floors which Travelstay had passed on on my behalf. the person I dealt with was particularly helpful.
