Can't believe I was deceived in believing these people.promised me a flight that I could pay in 3 parts. Had a deadline date which I had adhered to . The next day I was sent an email to say the dates were no longer available. Even though the arranged payment was authorised. I knew that I would have to pay extra if the ticket price or taxes went up but had no concerns about the dates of travel.
I am deeply saddened that I have to cxl due to no availability now and have lost my deposit of 500.00.more so not seeing my family this Xmas :(
Where can I report these people ?

Ring trading standards/ citizen's advice bureau.
I am also having problems with them and did get good advice. They booked my ticket 2 MONTHS later than requested and I am getting no help from them - they don't even return my calls.
