I wish that I could mention staff members at booking stage and at after sales stage. I- NOT TRAVEL REPUBLIC misjudged our flights and connecting flights. When I realised next day, I rang Travel Republic and although it was definitely 100% my own fault, they could not do enough to help me. They have made numerous phone calls to the airline concerned and they got everything changed for me, it must have been difficult , costly and time consuming for them, but they treated me like their only customer and they were calm and reassuring and unbelievably kind and helpful. I am elderly and I have some disabilities, I don't know where their after sales team found the patience and respect that they showed me. I might add that everyone that I spoke to at Travel Republic from stage 1 onwards were amazing, in particular a lovely lass whose name started with 'K' and ended with 'Y'. I am very impressed, if the holiday,which is not until September this year,goes as well as the booking and after sales service, I will be over the moon, again you lovely people, huge THANK YOU, from Mrs. A.H. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
