I booked Disneyland Paris tickets with TR. Email with confirmation and booking details came with wrong info. I have been holding on the phone for exactly 29 minutes. Customer Services are not bad, they are simply inexistent. Do they realise that apart from my distress for booking details being wrong, not being able to speak to a customer representative is making the situation worse, particularly as I pay for the 30 minute call (now 33 minutes).

UPDATE. I spent over an hour on the phone and I finally hung up as I got tired of paying for a call that was going no-where. To Travel Republic's CREDIT, tickets arrived through the post with the right information (unlike in the confirmation email). That is a happy ending despite the drama in-between.
