“Poor customer service”

Spoke To 3 advisers to book deal I found online. One of them was sooo rude and couldn't find my hotel that I had to tell them that I will ring again. Two others ok but not excellent. First one said that their systems had not been working, last one that I have to speak to the first one as they work on a commission basis but the colleague was not available. I did not even hear a single world of apology.
