Incorrect paperwork issued left me back and forth between the airport and the transfer bus trying to resolve. No insurance info provided because their link was faulty and the system was down or 3 days. Had to contact cust services but this was also down when I finally got through I was told it was all my fault that the link didn't work!

Liked the ease of the website, didn't like that you are charged for using even a debit card.

Fortunately the holiday was amazing but that was down to the destination rather than travel republic.
