Our holiday was cancelled a week and half before we were due to go and travel republic could not care less,the customer service is shocking, l asked for a double room instead of a twin and was told that l would have to pay the difference which was nearly £500. They offered me an alternative which was not to the standard of the previous hotel, but did not want to help me find anything else.
