“Customer Services Department need a shakeup!”

We have used Travel Republic before and have been very happy with the services. However, on this occasion was raised a query with regards to extras charged for the Ryanair flight, submitting two emails and only receiving the automatically generated reply. The price charged when the extras were added was significant and we could find no trace of an explanation for this when we read through your website. If it had said there would be extras, such as admin fee, we would have been aware of this and could have made an educated decision.
