Service was excellent. Advised about the best option which was actually cheaper than the one I wanted originally. Adviser was on my case - in a good way! Found the adviser to be very patient too! I requested to be assigned a sit at booking and he was more than happy to oblige (am yet to travel so hope this part of the process will be ok). All communication was via telephone and email and it was prompt. Emails contained all the information. Will definitely use them again!
