A week ago I paid for an International return ticket. The sales person told me that I would receive the e ticket within half and hour. I did not receive it that day or in fact still have not received it 8 days later.

I rang them up to ask them to send it to me this week 2 days in a row and each time the person I spoke to said that he would send it to my email address within half an hour of speaking to the sales person.
It is now a day later after my last phone call and I have still not received the e ticket.

I am due to fly out of the UK early in November.
I have travelled Internationally many times over the years and have never ever had this kind of problem before.
I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.
I will certainly never use them again.
I have also had e tickets sent to me many times without delay or problems why is this particular company so unable follow through with such a simple task as emailing an e ticket?
